Uhm... every Fist of Havoc or Nova Bomb beats the Bladedancer - every time - as long as it's triggered before you get struck. AND the Hunter will die, but the Titan or Warlock won't. Try it out. Even if you get hit by the Blades during your super, you will, at most, lose your shields, but that's it - especially if you have the requisite perks, but even without them, the Hunter loses.
Then there's Rockets. Machine Guns. Fusion Rifles. Even Shotguns.
Bladedancer is only effective if he can surprise people - not to mention how the auto-aim often completely throws you into a different direction than what you were going for. If you see him coming, he won't get far.
As to PvE, while the Arc Blades are not that effective against bosses, the ability to cloak and run around and revive teammates saved a lot of Nightfall and Raid team...

How come when I use My scatter Nova bomb he hits me and I hit him we both die? Both have full health. We Warlocks don't always survive, but when we do we should count how lucky we are. I don't panicked seeing Blade Dancers I just fire like an idiot into their skull hoping i kill it. You can dodge a fist of havoc, and a nova bomb, but pray you're faster than a blade dancer... Or blink behind them. That works too.

You might want to do more in game research. It takes several rockets to kill a bd hunter a while clip from a shotgun and so on. It is not easy to stop a bd short of using supers. Which in titan and warlocks cases you have to actually aim. And it requires skill. Not like spamming melee
-
A... Titan... Has to aim?! Hahahahahaha!
-
Bs. I killed a bladed hunter in 2 shotgun shots, and another in 1 shot with grenade combo.
-
Your an idiot its a 50% damage reduction no more I've played all 3 classes any other super will take it out same for radiance where the f r u getting your info from a friend of a friend that cant use a rocket??

Spaming Melee is to move faster or be killed by your bullets noob

Direct hit with a rocket will kill the Hunter. So will a good machine gun. So will a few shots from a shotgun (Invective or any other Full-Auto), especially if he's wounded. And it's not supposed to be "easy" to stop somebody's super. That's the whole point of supers. As to Fist of Havoc or Nova Bomb requiring "skill"... well, no, not really - especially if it's used as a counter.
