2 RepliesNot one to try to shed light on the subject.... but all ive heard is complaining everytime i come here..... no one is making you play this game, if you dont like it you can cut all losses and quit. These games are not built overnight nor fixed... they take time. A game was designed for entertianment, clean competition, and imagination.... not for your the trash going on in everyones lives to become ours. So you have one of two choices really you keep playing this game enjoy it while it lasts, or you can leave and enjoy another game.... as far as im concerned theres nothing more we can do in regards to this.... except let bungie know what the "Real problems" are and hope they can fix them.

Robot Unicorn Attack http://robotunicornattack.us Upon loading up the game and probably startling Google Chrome itself with the absurdness of what I was playing, the word disappointment temporarily fell out of my vocabulary because after even 30 seconds of playing my head was filled with rainbows, amazement, and awe at how simultaneously simple and entertaining the experience was. Aside from the frightening array of colours that would distress even the hardiest of retinas, everything about this game is unbelievably simple and easy to grasp. Taking the fact that you are a mechanical unicorn as given, you are thrown into a bubblegum world of fantasy and sparkle which, upon witnessing it with your own eyes, will make you understand what those Skittles talk about when they bang on about "tasting the rainbow". As a robot unicorn, your job is to simply run endlessly across terrain, jumping intermittently when the ground beneath you ends and landing on the next platform. The jumps become increasingly difficult as you progress, with terrain and giant star-shaped obstacles getting in your way.

I totally did not know about the Destiny Tracker and the fact that you can view any shader before purchasing. That's freaking cool man! Also side note for Bungie: Stop freaking catering to -blam!-ing PVP! I didn't buy Destiny for freaking multiplayer all the time, I bought it for the awesome shit you can do in PVE and unfortunately most of it is just a grind. I mean I'm still really enjoying it (mostly because I barely get to even play), and I have had some good times in the Crucible, but I would still rather prefer more fun activities to do in patrols and other unique activities with clan members and such. Stop letting Activision call the shots (don't tell me you aren't either), this isn't call of Duty. They screwed you guys over anyways because you had a lot more planned with your game, but Joe leaving and everything, made it difficult for you to do as planned and had to cut a lot of content. I really hope you guys are smart enough not to work with those assholes at Activision again, if you can help it.

I'm aware that balancing trading is an issue, but would it be possible to add trading with people in your fire team, only allowing trades of exotic or legendary items that are dropped at the end of a strike/raid/crucible match? I have completed the raid on hard and a friend of mine got his second mythoclast, but all I got was a ship. I would love it if he could give me the mythoclast, as he already had one. Also, I play as a titan, but if I get a legendary hunter chest, why couldn't I trade it with the hunter on my team who could use it? Didn't you (Bungie) say something about "wanting to be able to tell a story about every piece of awesome loot"? Well if me and my buddy worked super hard to get that loot, I think that makes an even better story. Some sort of trading system would be great Bungie. Also, maybe add a mini game with ships like shooting asteroids or enemy ships while traveling from place to place or while in orbit, with higher rarity ships having better weapons. As of now, my Aspect of Glass (I have two of them) is just a nice loading screen. Also, in raids, would it be possible to make it so I don't get repeated rewards. Like I said, I have two Aspect of Glass ships, and while I'm sure getting the mythoclast is nice (I wouldn't really know) two of them are unnecessary. It's disappointing going through all the work to complete a raid and then getting something I already have. Finally, and I know this one is a stretch, could we get some kind of sparrow racetrack? While these may seem like a lot of complaints, I really do love this game, and I just want to see it grow to be even better than it already is. Thanks Bungie

1 ReplyI don't understand how we are supposed to keep playing this game once all of the new games come out. You have the nerve to release dlc in December. You have multiple games from now till then why should we continue to play this game. We can't trade, we can't match make on strikes, what if I don't have tons of friends to play plus there is no voice system to meet people in the tower. Why not fix the glaring issues first. I guess you got your money already so it's forget the little guys

1 ReplyNo one is hating on destiny, we want destiny to he great, however you can escape the glaring issues. If you Dont mind paying full price for a half game then more power to you. I'm sorry I'm gonna say something about the same 5 strikes that you do over and over again. If that is not a issue than you are the mindless audience they were looking for. I can't look pass gameplay mechanics like trading, or voice chat this is in every single game how does it not make it into a game that is supposed to have a ten year life span. The game can't hold two months. The towers are empty, the worlds are boaring and I complete every strike off of muscle memory. Oh wait wave 1 comes through here wave 2 comes through there and I do it and get nothing for it at the end. Like dude said I have taken on the fusion rifle exotic bounty and I have not receiverld a single fusion rifle since I picked up that exotic bounty. The gunsmith would get some rare before now nothing he doesn't even carry fusion rifles anymore. Again I want destiny to he great I'm stuck with it I got digital, but you can't ignore The issues. Play diablo on ps4 then talk to me that is how legendary gear is done that is the perfect balance of gear drops each drop can be if it your gear in some way in destiny we all look the same where is the customization, where is the gear beyond level 13 why do I still get lvk 13 gear. Why can't I patrol on anything other than lvl 2. Issues , issues , issues. Open your eyes fan boys and understand that the game is good not even close to legend.

20 RepliesSo you ever found yourself short of people for raids or strikes? Or how about that one guy who doesn't know what the f$@! He's doing? Irritating yeah I hear ya, but guess what? That one solution or problem noob can be thrown into the void and forever forgotten. The 501st Deathwatch clan will gladly be of assistance for you and your lonely jumpship that can't fire a single missile. Consider the 501st your Oxiclean to your problems. We will support any incoming guardians looking to kick Atheon's ass the right way or wipe the knightfall strike from your ass and destroy the daily heroics with grandmas home baked chocolate cookies. . . Mmmm can you smell that fresh cookie as she takes it out the oven?? What?! No?! Of course you can't because you sat on your ass and let poor old grandma get destroyed 2000 some years ago because you didn't take the fight to them and mostly because of that noob who doesn't know how to use the damn relic or kill the oracles. So my friends enough said and fly on down to sign up with the 501st Deathwatch ps4 members only message domo2425 psn for more info on how to reclaim grandmas cookies, clan link below http://www.bungie.net/en/Clan/Forum/243544

1 ReplyWell after 10 years on xbox live I thought I had seen every type of game, from the superb Halo (we could argue about which version is best) the brilliant Gears of War and stunning Call of Duty Modern Warfare, to the rubbish 1000 easy points in 5 mins of Avatar. Now Destiny isn't rubbish, but it isn't in the same league as Halo, Gears or COD at their best. Then what do Bungie go and do but make things worse. It's a given that the lack of PvP maps. strike, raids and that ill thought out reward system, wasn't going to win the respect of many experienced players. But your bodging patches are the stuff that legends are made of. I didn't have any disconnect problems until last night, but now I get booted every couple of minutes. I can't play the repetitive raid or strike or the unbalanced PvP maps, accumulate blooms or spins or even a glowing helium in a patrol. Because I get booted. I don't need the helium as a rank 30 Titan and 250+ in my inventory already, but god knows what arse of a decision might be made by BUNGIE in the future, if gamers aren't aligned to your BUNGIE "project goals". Seriously whoever said that needs to take a look at the idiot in the mirror looking back at them. I can see the list now, it must be endless; BUNGIE PROJECT GOAL 343 - alienate lots of gamers. So anyway usually about now after the daily etc. and listening to criticism of the PvP from friends, we have a zoom around for no real reason, all bored of the content saying "chest in here" and "not another green/blue engram" again and again (really annoying that disassembling hundreds of the things there is no point having). Ranking up another gun before discarding, as you Nerf it or it fails to live up to it's exotic promise. Anyway role on COD and HALO as all my friends agree, Destiny is no longer worth investing more time preparing for a CAP uplift of 2. We are all fed up of the antics of BUNGIE (you should really change that to FUDGY or CRAPY or CANTMAKEUPOURMINDIE and brake that last link with a glorious past). In the words of Nietsche "To do is to be" and BUNGIE you should do one.

It's a very short video, definitely watch if you want some insight on how corrupt Bungie is. http://youtu.be/ybSm_wJ8slg

Why does the PS4 get more material? What gives bungie? We are the players that made you into the company you are now and you are selling us out? You are going to lose so many players aka $$ when call of duty comes out because of this. Not me though, because I am weak and addicted.

Fck bungie I been on four raids and have got not one price of armor I'm about to put the game on the shelf n wait till dec when the dlc comes out there ain't shit left to play for I got 63 ascendant shards and no armor to use them with there's gotta be a better way to get better armor shouldn't be just raid

4 RepliesMy only issue atm is I can't get random groups for weekly and so forth. I haven't played console in 13 years so I don't have 100s of Xbox friends , so I would like to see a group matching que, system. Or make a chat lfg channel at the tower so the rest of us can get a group . I tried joining clans but so far no luck with a group. I can't even get my weekly done.

Dear Bungie, Destiny simply isn't what I expected. I've had great respect for the work you guys do from the first time I played Halo with my friends, and I followed the Destiny buildup until its release with edge-of-my-seat anticipation. To me, there's no story more compelling than that of humanity's very survival, and no pursuit more noble than fighting for the preservation of our species. It's what drew me to Halo, and what drew me to Destiny. It's teams of artists such as yourselves, who recognize the inherent nobleness of this concept and seek to bring it to millions, that inspire me, that give me something to look forward to after a long day at the office, that offer me the chance to escape a reality where the difference I make is marginal at best, and enter a reality where I have the chance to make a difference that feels like it matters, if only for a couple of hours every night. You brought me that sense of purpose and inspiration with Halo. But I don't feel this anymore. In Destiny, with a full loadout of legendary and exotic gear and having played through the full story, experiencing what the Crucible has to offer, battling my way through countless strike missions, finishing every bounty 100 times over, and exploring the complete extent of every map, I'm...bored. But it's worse than being bored. I don't feel anything. I've stuck with the game all these hours, whole days, desperately seeking to feel what I expected to when I first read about Destiny so many months ago. It isn't there. Although I initially thought that the lack of story was the problem, I've come to realize that the lack of story is only the tip of the iceberg. It's the part that's visible, that every Guardian who's also searching for that sense of purpose and fulfillment in Destiny can readily point to and say "That must be it". And it's a very valid concern. But the core problem with Destiny runs much deeper. The core problem, as far as I see it, is that you're utterly alone in the game. I'll attempt to expand as best I can. The reason the raid works so well (and is arguably the most successful part of the entire Destiny endeavor) is that it requires massive amounts of teamwork. It provides, upon beating Atheon, a sense of reward and togetherness that no other part of the game currently gives you as a player. I feel as though the team at Bungie would like to bring this experience to the wider majority of the game, but is confused as to how to do so, or is otherwise very conflicted as to how to go about doing so. I want to assure you that doing this would be exceptionally easy, and would make Destiny the game you want it to be and the game that we, the players, want it to be. My suggestions operate on the assumption that most Destiny players care about the notion of fighting for humanity. It is the premise of the entire game, the reason anyone who enjoys PvE wanted to become a Guardian in the first place. With that in mind, Bungie needs to begin addressing the issue of feeling alone in the game by giving players a shared experience outside of the raid. Sure, if you have enough friends with the game, you can link up a fireteam and do some of the same 4 strikes (now a staggering 5 strikes for only $19.99 on Xbox) you've done 5,000 times over, but the only emotional appeal to this is that you're doing something with your friends for a while, until you get bored, and let me assure you, killing the Archon Priest for the zillionth time is boring - boring enough that the friends I used to play with have quit the game. I feel that many can relate to this situation. In order to make your players feel something deeper and continue to invest in Destiny, we need to be able to actually fight for the very survival of humanity. Other people have left comments regarding this, and I'm mirroring their ideas and sentiments and not claiming them as my own, though I've had the very same thoughts as them for some time now. Bungie needs to actually put humanity on the brink. As Guardians, we need to be able to get an alert from The Tower while we're out collecting Spinmetal that The City is under a massive attack by The Fallen. We need to be able to see all the players around us disappear, heading to orbit just like we are, mashing our controllers to take us all back to defend The City. Upon arriving, we need to see droves upon droves of enemies marching to the walls, and have a way to get out in front of the walls to fight them in the plains before they reach the gates (troop transport ships on a loop that fly you over the city and drop you into battle, anyone?). We need to see dozens of other Guardians fighting tooth and nail to defend the last bastion of humanity alongside us, and we need this on at least a weekly basis. These kind of encounters can play out all over the solar system, and last a day at a time, giving many players the chance to enter the fight. Ground must be gained and lost, territories threatened, The City seen teetering on a precipice before you and your fellow Guardians prevail (or don't, which leads to many other, ridiculously interesting options for the game, and opportunities to fight for what is lost). Again, I don't claim such ideas and sentiments as my own, but I wanted to articulate them here in the hopes that someone with a voice inside Bungie HQ might raise these ideas that I very much believe thousands of players yearn for. If ideas like this were baked into the game, this crippling sense of solitude that one often feels while playing would effectively disappear, because we'd all be fighting for something together - something tangible, that we could see and feel and believe in. While you, Bungie, continue to release patches nerfing hard-earned exotic weapons, killing loot caves, restructuring the raid to prevent players from beating it with human ingenuity, and announcing DLC content that is quite honestly very lackluster and addresses none of the deep, even psychological ineptitudes within the Destiny universe, I assure you that even if the current numbers say otherwise, you are not building a 10 year franchise. Or a 5 year franchise. I'll be curious to know what those numbers reveal once other games are released through the holiday season. Somehow, I don't think they'll be very promising. Not considering what you gave us at launch, and how little you continue to give us. Destiny was a promise of something incredible that never was and still isn't. It could still become that, but my hope is waning, and that's a real shame, because this world you made for us, this repetitive, empty world - it's very pretty. Thanks for your time. I hope I get the chance to thank you for your efforts in the future.
-- off topic -- As most of you core destiny players know, the Mida Multi-Tool is the best gun to use when farming because of the boosted movement speed. I have always thought that the compass looked cool but why not make the 'Exotic' live up to its name and put a use in for the compass? If the compass pointed to the chest area in a certain proximity it would make farming a little less like a drag and make the Multi-Tool fun to use. Cause let's face it.. Everybody knows the routes to farm, so it won't do any harm implementing it? That's just an idea of mine, any thoughts?

1 ReplyIs there no way to enable matchmaking in weekly strikes or events? I have been inviting countless numbers of players, only to find them leaving at the final boss when it gets a little frustrating. I would really appreciate if matchmaking was available for weekly activities. Other than that, everything is great.

Hello Bungie, I just want to say I love Destiny. I have 3 LEVEL 30's all different but my concern is the reward system. My clan grinds but It is not fair how I get Raid gear every time and they get nothing. Its not fair how I have 4 VEX'S and my clan mates have 6 VEX'S between 2 of them... THE REWARD SYSTEM SHOULD HAVE A STAT, AND BE FAIR!!
