£80 Bungie have had out of me for this game so far and I can't even play it.
This is by no means the first time I've had issues.
Fine, these things happen but I've never had an apology or even a cheeky something in my inventory as a goodwill gesture.
Sort it out please.

1 ReplyCompletely agree. I've had a few kicks out but generally - while not perfect - it has not been too bad overall. Until now. Why oh why oh why do they push out poorly tested updates that screw things up for thousands of users? 3500 entries on the "I get ZEBRA errors" string and that's just those of us who could be bothered to post. How many more are out there who don't bother posting? It's basic customer service. Come on Bungie - don't screw up a game that has the potential to be a modern classic by getting a reputation for poor reliability and bad service, please!
