As much as I hate the shoulder charge . No. Then people will start wanting other abilities removed

    I agree with you, though this is something that needs to be removed or drastically changed. The Titan is the only Class with a OHK ability, supers notwithstanding. That fact that this is an ability that can be triggered multiple time per life that has, relatively, the same damage output as a super including their super makes this class blatantly overpowered compared to any other class. No game would dare implement a OHK anything because they realize that it quickly become overused, abused and hard to balance. Games that implement OHK systems as core functions work around this (See Insurgency for example) but this falls apart when balancing weapons or melee' with varying stat modifiers and damage outputs. I don't ever assume Developers don't know what they're doing, but Bungie dropped the ball extremely hard when they failed to realize just how deadly this perk is. It won't be long before people start to overuse this ability. The only counter to this ability is the fact it leaves you in a vulnerable position when dealing with more than one person. Most game modes supports teams, when you'll most often travel together. Rumble is a free-for-all. There are no allies to dissuade gamers from abusing this ability in that playlist nor are there any restrictions to using this ability in a game mode where it becomes advantageous to charge the enemy [b]one at a time[/b]. And remember: This perk is [b]meant[/b] for one enemy at a time. Can you see the enormous oversight of this decision?

  • Titans are op? Lol....shoulder charge is the easiest thing to counter ever. I want huge range on my melee ranged supers and blink. But no we're definitely so op.
