What are you talking about? You obviously didn't understand what I was saying as it doesn't relate to my original post. Changing upgrades won't make it better. They even changed one of the upgrades for the Suros.

Edited by Strikeknight130: 10/16/2014 11:40:37 PMSlowed down rate of fire means you'll lose to a gun that fires faster, I read your post in pvp it's about faster fire rates that why your legendary does more than suros
-
Fire rate has nothing to do with damage. It shouldn't be quicker to kill someone with a legendary over a exotic.
-
Fire rate has everything to do in pvp if you say guns should be equal then the damage every bullet causes is the same so who ever fires more faster will win
-
Guns are equal in the sense that numbers don't matter. They are all affected by the same thing. Suros and Doctor have 2 different impact ratings. Suros deals more damage due to this and damage is suppose to be doubled when aiming down the sight so naturally the Suros hits harder and the fire rate is decent at least for hip fire but the Doctor out performs this gun in every pvp instance.
-
Damage is not supposed to be doubled it adds extra it doesn't say it does double anywhere
-
When upgrading the suros you have to upgrade the slow rate of fire as it's part of the ladder. Don't do it can't upgrade past it. Hence there is no choice but to get the slower rate of fire. Can't turn it off either.

Or you can not upgrade it it's the users choice the gun is op even when you don't do that upgrade how the system works is you don't have to max out a weapon to make it stronger my 27 hunter did the same damage with a hand cannon that I use on my 29 Titan and it had no upgraded done to it
