I would like to see scout rifles fixed - they are ridiculously powerful. They need to have damage lowered by 10-15%.

But they fire so ridiculously slow. I've actually huge scout player from COD but on Destiny i wont touch one. I can take down a scout player quick with an AR from mid range.

Huh? You know theres scout rifles that have a full auto mode right? Even the ones that dont all fire fast when im pulling the trigger. You might just need to pull the trigger faster. The truth is they have sniper rifle power but can be used at a wider variety of ranges.

Edited by Fuzz: 10/15/2014 10:33:40 PMI have the full auto scouts.... they are still aprox 150 rpm. full auto doesnt mean they fire fast... means that you dont have to pull the trigger constantly. (i have the vision of confluence) and their power is not as much as snipers... snipers take 2 shots to the body to kill or 1 to the head. scouts on the other hand take at least 4 to the head to kill. Each player has aporx 200 health... the max per round dmg from scouts i see is just over 50. therefore = 4 to the head

Well just because you aren't op with them doesn't mean other people aren't. As of right now scout rifles are the strongest gun in the game by far whether you use them or not.

Ok... your opinion. Have a clan of 20+ players with 2+ kd ratios. Nobody is using a scout... everyone ownes with Suros and other ARs. You have to jump off the pulse rifle and get on that AR game dude.
