I too have been having this same EXACT problem, changed email address and everything. I second this issue.

Right now they have no support of any kind and just do not seem to listen or even care that we are having these problems. They it seems do not even care enough to reply to any of the postings that I have posted asking for help.They also need to listen to what us registered users have to say and invest time into making this website really great with more features for us. They have completely failed in that also. To fix this and other issues they need to have a feature where registered users can submit a ticket request for help that can be worked on and replied to in a timely manner.
