same here, this is totally inexcusable.
pay $100 dollars to get a complete game... then they can't even provide decent support... they just farm it out to some forum moderators and twitter posts. I can't even find related posts to my problem because the search function here is useless.

hours later, I turn off my ps4 again for the 4th time... turn it back on and log in and it finally works thanks for -blam!-ing nothing Bungie.
