I think they need to make it a one shot kill to make up for its slow rate of fire and lack of agility

A direct hit from an Interceptor shell is a one shot kill (unless they're buffed or shielded by something), it's just that the blast radius has a steep falloff of damage. So, anything outside of a direct hit will most likely require multiple shots, the amount being proportional to how accurate and precise you place them. I'd agree that it takes a little too much accuracy and precision for something that's considered a "tank".

Precisely. It was obvious it needed a spam kill debuff from the Beta, but I feel I've been tagged by it too many times without dying lol. Vice-versa as well, I tend to stay away from the interceptor all together now.
