Nice ideas...
When I read your title I flashed immediately to The Walking Dead where Clementine kicks zombie ass and comes out and glares at the Doc who heads up a group she is trying to join and says "Still... NOT... BITTEN!"
Frankly most of what is in your post fit into the non combat activities and cosmetic only micro transactions. I suspect most of it is being worked on.

LOLz clementine is such a badass:) I always wanted a bad ass mode for her voiced by samul L. jackson it would be great. I hope they are working on it cause I could spend millions of years customizing my armor:)
