Do you mean marks or reputation?
You appear to be wearing a Dead Orbit class item which will cause all reputation gains to go towards your Dead Orbit reputation instead of the Crucible or Vanguard reputations.

No 19 of the crucible marks but it isn't gaining the additional marks from completing matches

It says I am but it isn't increasing the amount I've been stuck on 19 since I brought my gauntlets

Try to reload your game if you havent already.

I've been on and off the game as I been on fifa so surly it should have updated when I reloaded the game

How many crucible marks do you have in your inventory?

The next step is to try a full restart of your console. unplug it for about 10 minutes and then try relaunching. That will clear the cache
