I have been waiting days to acknowledge the fact the me and several others have lost all or some portion of their progress in the Destiny game. For me it was everything a week plus of time wasted. absolutely zero response from the Bungie support team. Maybe MS should have kept them as clearly the company is broken. regardless of if you have a solution or not you need address a very real problem you have. Post the fact that your working on it or something. at this point I cant see investing 50+ bucks in a game that clearly doesn't work. I never played any of the Halo games but reputation is only as good as your last entry and it has fallen.

I think its games companies in general, they dont have to answer to us pesky customers. When I lost my character on GTA V it took them 2 weeks to reply and say tough luck
