lol he was playing a bunch of scrubs. They're just running straight at him. No grenades, lack of strafing.

i played crucible last night to give it a go. and im never going back. several reasons. 1 - in those situation, i'd rather use a mouse and keyboard. and those that have played games on console like CoD will be better than me at using the controller. 2 - even with a mouse and keyboard some people are over the top bullshit. and when your that good with a controller, it only multiplies the bullshit by a factor of 10. 3 - playing in the game from the video where 1 person is that over the top, doesnt make it enjoyable at all. all that will happen, is that person will end up playing with himself. good luck with that.

Or you could: 1. get better with the controller.. unless you're on the ps4, cause your out of luck that controller is just sub par when compared to the x1 controller. 2. there will always be scrubs, the point of gaming is to not be one of them. 3. see points 1 and 2 and remember, either way my titan defender will kill you.

also remember that the crucible stuff doesnt actually add to the games story. and for me, all it does is cause stress levels to raise because im not playing with guys the same skill lvl as me. so i just wont be bothering anymore.

Don't give up yet. I had the same problem as you but I started playing with friends. If you use tactics you barely need skill to win. Especially if your friends are good.

Actually yes. Strafing affords you more time unless the person shooting you is real good and can guess where you will move next and lead the barrel. Common FPS knowledge ever since Team Fortress Classic and Counterstrike first came out centuries ago.

You're being intentionally thick here. He was dropping people in 0.5 seconds when normal TTK is 1.5 against stationary targets and 3.5 against people who weave. This means if people weaved they MAY extend their life by 1 more second, which is not long enough to beat him unless they have the same weapon, because he weaves too.

How am I being thick? It all comes down to gaming fundamentals and you know that. In a platformer, if there is a hole/pit, you jump over it. In a fighting game, if someone throws a punch or a kick you either block or counter. In a FPS, you shoot while strafing and throw well placed grenades at an enemy, not running around like a chicken without a head like the players in that video did. Everyone has a 50/50 chance if they know what to do and probably an even higher chance if they are a pro despite what advantage the opponent has.
