That thing is sweet. Though I thought they "normalized" all weapons classes for PvP?

Oh that thing is a PRIMARY? :) I knew it was a Fusion rifle, but I thought it was still a secondary. Well that makes it even more beast..

looks like a scout rifle, so its dmg is normalized but the other special stats arent.
