I'm not sure you understand what bias is. I'm basing what I'm saying off of not only what the data from Destiny provided DestinyDB, but what the actual page you linked me to says itself (the same ability from DestinyDB). If the gun is actually full-auto, that's a bug that needs to be fixed. Edit: Honestly, when he said "it's broken" he actually could have been referring to the fact that the gun isn't working as designed instead of the fact that it's busted in PvP.
