So much complaining watch next thing u know bungie gonna make it where no exotics are be used in PvP.

It would probably be the safest bet to take. Because I'm sure people who only play PvE and want nothing to do with PvP, won't appreciate their weapons being nerfed, due to someone whining that they killed by the weapon in PvP. This is of course unless they give the weapons different stats in PvP than PvE.
