Wait so.. the creative minds at Bungie need our help to create new content ?
Wouldn't that be like saying to Leonardo da Vinci ... look dude Mona Lisa is cool and all but.. paint her again this time ...with a cat in her arms.
It's BUNGIE'S game and they created it why would you feel the need to over write it ?

Warframe constantly recieves art designs from their community and encourage it along with incorporate it into the game. It helps the community feel they're being listened to. Also even the great minds at Bungie haven't thought of everything.

People do it all the time with Bethesda games and they actually support it.

but Bethesda games are actually complete games. Destiny is 40% finish. Beside from that 50 million dollar bullsht budget, they actually need help.

I was just pointing out that modding a game isn't really a bad thing like what was implied with the post I was responding to. And I agree, Bungie needs help. But that's hard to do when 90% of the game revolves around multiplayer. It works in Bethesda games because there ISN'T a multiplayer mode unless you mod it. Unless of course, you were playing on the consoles. In which case, Microsoft and Sony pretty give you the finger for buying a Bethesda game and not getting it on PC so that you can mod it and make it a bit more playable. And Destiny isn't on PC, so we'd be screwed anyway.

Either that someone pissed in your cheerios this morning. No one is overwriting anything Bungie has done, but from the looks of it they might need help with creating more content. Game companies do it quite frequently, yes that's right they ask us useless folks who only put food on their table for input occasionally! Shocker! It's for fun. Like I said, it happens frequently. Third Bungie has actually opened an art portal on this site, about a month before launch. (Where they gave templates and such out for...you to design your very own crap! ) Contests are not out of the ordinary in the video game world.
