Customer Service!?! What Customer Service are you referring to? All Bungie has done for me is take my money. And I can totally understand why they don't have a "support line"... It would be a huge drain on their revenue stream. (A fact that I'm sure Activision has made clear to them.) Plus its so much easier to ignore people and pass out the "Pat Answers" on a Forum. And it doesn't reflect as poorly as when a company fails to reply to most Customer Service Requests in less than 72-96 hours via email. Clearly this is a win / win situation for them. For us... not so much!
