I am getting the same message on xbox360.
In addition to that message I continually receive the 'caterpillar' error code and the 'hawk' error code.
I have spent more time resigning in and loading than I have actually playing due to all these server issues.
I would love a refund. This game is a huge waste of my precious free time.

Seriously. I love the game but Bungie should have known that they would need better support for an initial launch of what is basically an MMO. Even if they refuse to describe it as such it needs the same amount of support and server power as one.
