Try doing a full power cycle on your xbox (Turn it off, unplug it, and leave it for about 10 minutes). When you power it back up go and sign in to xbox live and launch the game. This will usually fix the issue.

You guys need to seek out the real problem it's not updating the Cryptarch or messing with the Engrams. How about paying a little attention to people that can't even play this game more than five minutes without getting some error code. Get your heads out of your asses and do your job.

The Vulture error happens when your connection to Xbox Live gets interrupted. This can be caused by something in a home network or elsewhere. Your best bet is to follow the steps here: http://www.bungie.net/7_WHAT-IS-THE-CAUSE-OF-MY-DESTINY-CONNECTION-PROBLEM/en/Help/Article/12147 This will make sure you have the best possible connection and you can then test to see if you are able to connect. Another tip is to try connecting to the Xbox Live Marketplace to check your connection.

I've tried that, and so has everyone I have seen on the forums. I get the vulture code every time I try to join a fireteam, and I get kicked back to the main menu. Now I can't even sign in. I know I'm not the only one having this vulture problem, and Microsoft support has no idea how to fix it. You guys don't have a phone number, email, or any way for us to contact you. So, I think you should put a little effort into helping us and tell us what to do on the forums instead of giving us generic, cookie-cutter troubleshooting tips that we have all tried already. COME ON BUNGIE, GIVE US SOME CUSTOMER SUPPORT, PLEASE! WE JUST WANT TO PLAY YOUR GAME!
