Is it possible my modem from Time Warner in Western New York is acting like college networks and interpreting traffic from Destiny as torrent traffic? I'd like to know so I can ask the right questions when I call.

Time warner is awful. My east coast friends were always getting huge lag issues while using it, even since halo 3.
