It's all about a calorie deficit and high intensity training. Diet > weight training > cardio When you do cardio make it more full out sprints and shuttle runs, focus on increasing your speed. It works much better for losing weight too.

Girls will sometimes not like that because it's "Too big" but that's just an illusion. Girls love that size, it's just he's super lean for competition. His bodyfat there is around 6%, that size is perfect if you're around 8-9% bodyfat

Thanks man. 2 years now. I'm on my first IIFYM cut basically to see how lean I can get but life has been busy so I haven't lifted in a week and this picture was from this morning after work without any food in me.

What's your goal? Are you just tying to maintain now and cut your bf% or are you going to bulk up anymore?

I was gonna get to a leanness that id be satisfied with and then ditch the bulk/cut cycles and just start a slow progressive forever "lean bulk" you could say for the next few years. Now that I have a gf who doesn't care, I think I'm going to bulk all winter and just focus on my lift numbers haha

Yeah, I'd scratch the cut. I'd be bigger now if I didnt cut for 4 months last summer. I was stupid as fuk and wasted a lot of progress and time.

Bulking, and I switched back to classic back bi/ chest tri/ legs shoulders. Get as many calories as I can get (hard as phuck)
