I agree. I primarily use IE for my browsing and now it seems that it does not support the companion app. I can't view my Guardian as I could a week ago. What is more, I tried using Chrome and that doesn't work completely as I cannot view my friends. It says it cannot find my friends. Please fix these issues. I enjoy using the app and would like to do it on whatever device / browser I choose.

  • Agreed. Funny thing is, if I open IE11 dev tools and switch the User Agent String to Chrome or Firefox the companion works perfectly, 3D Guardian model and all. So clearly this has been artificially limited on IE. I'd like to know why? Bungie haven't responded to me on Twitter about it.

  • I agree as well. IE is still the most used browser, so drop the personal bias. Please make your sight more accessible for the people that don't want Google tracking their every move with spyware and adware.
