It's not so much the moderation as it is the new rule system. They've lost power. Also, why is this in Offtopic? If you're going to complain about threads being in the wrong categories, you should probably not contribute to the issue.

I know community isn't very active, but it is where this should be (or perhaps Bungie). Also, you can guarantee that it won't get drowned out in this category.
