I called the IT department again and they said they're aware of a problem. They said bungie emailed them but it wasn't with a fix. They said "as of right now it's all in bungie's hands" ... All I get is "sorry, sorry, sorry" over and over again. They don't know how to fix the problem but "they're working on it" .. This is so frustrating. Bungie please do something about this. It's almost been two weeks and I can't progress at all. I know I'm not the only one with this problem.. Help... I'm done being angry I'm just upset now. Sigh..
