It seems so wrong that someone can acquire crucial information about what's around corners just by using an emote to gain an unfair advantage. I'm sitting around a corner with a shotgun as a cloaked bladedancer and some warlock starts dancing just so they can see me without being 1HKO'd and then they throw a grenade around the corner because of this. I was forced to retreat after which this fellow rushed me and I shotgunned them down.
This seems a bit odd, considering you shouldn't be dancing in PvP anyway, but the use of this as an exploit to gain info that you shouldn't just seems blatantly overpowered and unskilled.
Agree?

LOL you deserved it

18 Replies#Quebecpizza Well considering Cloaking and shotguns are intentional, don't mind the idiots that have their own idea what 'skilled' players should be. Using emotes to look around corners and avoid any type of tracking ( grenades, novabomb, and rocketlaunchers ) is defiantly a glitch.

Edited by Yorginshnitsel: 10/28/2014 10:42:51 PMGuns are annoying and should be removed from crucible. I literally get killed by guns EVERY death, I'm fed up with this bs.

Or you could not camp around corners.
-
Your mother is an exploit now have at you good sir!
-
Dude thanks. Awesome idea
-
I will now do this thanks!

I thought this was a troll post, but there are people that are actually calling this a glitch.... wow. People are dumb. I really don't want to live anymore. A glitch. Dancing is a glitch. An exploit? Nope. Not even that. Please, God... save us all. I'm done with these forums.

4 RepliesThat's actually a good idea, never thought about doing that. Thanks for the info, I'm going to try that out now!
-
I think that any player who uses dancing to see around a corner should be commended for their resourcefulness. An exploit? Yes, definitely. But it's a pretty smart maneuver and you can always do it right back to them.
-
You have a map that tells you what direction people are coming from at all times and your moaning about dancing lol? Priorities are wrong!
-
YOU CANT STOP MY DANCE MACHINE!!!!
-
that's what you get for camping in corners
-
I never thought of this before, Dragon 1 - PvP 0
-
It's called tactical dancing. It's weird, but you have the same ability. That makes it fair
-
Wow never thought of that thx!
-
"Overpowered and unskilled" sits around a corner as a cloaked hunter with a shotgun lel
-
Make the emotes first person in PvP or something but dont get rid of em cause nothings better than dancing after a rocket triple kill or something badass like that
-
I hope this is a joke. If its not then thats good for you. I hate clowns that hide in corners with shotguns. I know I shouldnt waste a nova bomb on 1 dude but when I see those guys I make SURE I nova bomb their ass.

Seems to me like you are mad because you were camping hard and someone countered your tactic. #getrekt #learntoplay #campmore
