Well I have found the issue of all my frequent disconnects.
1st the portforwarding in my router was not working correctly.
I added another type of forwarding called port triggering, it seems that portforwarding is not always working as it should be, by the Ziggo Ubee EVW321B..
2nd I noticed my modem time was off with 1 hour. After adjusting this and rebooting, the time is now set correctly in the timezone I live.
(Set timezone +2)
After adjusting this, Destiny got some d/c errors in the tower and one time the game got thrown out without an errorcode lol.
On the moon, where Destiny had most of the issues, It doesn't get disconnected as much as before.
Also one time Destiny got an loading screen ingame, normally Destiny gets thrown out, but it continued XD
I cannot tell if it solved completely and that I won't be disconnected every 5 minutes. But it looks promising.

Via je web URL kan je in je router moet je je UPNP poort open zetten zins dien nooit meer problemen gehad. En Amerikaanse verbinding wint het over Nederlandse dus wij heb altijd die sec delay in game

Is already enabled since I got the modem. So that also does not work for me.
