Unless you want them to remove a ton of features, they wont. Apple is not in the habit of chopping down the install size of OS updates. They haven't before, and there's no reason to start now. If anything, it's to push you into buying the next iPhone with more storage. "Geez, all this stuff doesn't fit! Better buy a new phone that holds everything!"
