1. Vehicles
a) Either have vehicles spawn later on (at least on control game mode)
b) or award them as an alternative to sparrow spawn as players gather points throughout the game. Of course, the spawn should be permanent.
c) On maps that allow vehicles, make heavy ammo more available.
2. Weapons
I don't know about higher level weapons, so I may be wrong on this.
a) Increase auto rifle recoil.
b) Decrease pulse rifle recoil, increase accuracy.
c) Hand cannon's hip fire needs to be more accurate.
3. Hunter Super
a) Hunter super allows the easy-killing nature of supers persist for a period of time, rather than being a one-burst spell like that of Warlock's or Titan's. A little overpowered, in my opinion
b) If the suggestion above can not be tackled, at least offer multiple supers per class that more or less work the same way.

Maybe play hunter before commenting. Both of our supers are single target. How on earth would it be fair to only lunge once during arc blade to kill a maximum of one person when Titan and warlock can kill as many people as there are in the AoE radius.
