You can find updates for errors related on help.bungie.net as well as @BungieHelp on twitter. There are widely known issues such as the university issue as well as common error codes. Please don't take Bungie "not responding directly" as them ignoring the comments. Please keep reporting issues that you're experiencing in Destiny use the correct forums, and be excellent to each other.

  • So what's the go with "Nightingale" then?? I can't even play the game and I've deleted and reinstalled about 6 times, and there's nothing wrong with my Xbox, because I can play every other game I own... And don't just ignore this it's been almost 48 hours and I'm still getting Nightingale... It's not good enough, I paid money for this just like everybody else in the world who got the game, so I expect you to HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS WITHOUT CUSTOMERS THERE IS NO BUISNESS!! After all our money paid for every game and whatever else you've made...

Did we pay for a game just to help you fix it further? Don't go and tell us not to take things a certain way. We are taking your crappy game exactly like it should be taken. If you don't like it do your job and get the game working. Don't have us write to you with your problems like we work for you guys.

  • No offense, but Bungie's customer service is abysmal at best to non existent... such a huge company like Bungie should have a petition ticket system.

    I am constantly kicked from the game to the point where it's a joke.. the main error I get (out of the many that have been thrown up) is centipede however, I am not even at University I'm trying to play from home on an ethernet connection! I have done all the port forwarding etc and still no hope. When will this be fixed? Thinking about getting a refund and buying it again later as by then it will probably be half price..

  • I'm not asking for a letter with a golden seal, we just want them to come out and say whats wrong, that they are working on it, and an estimation of maybe when the game will be playable for everybody? I was fine until the previous Sunday, I'm guessing though, with the weekend, more people got on and servers are just having a hard time or something. I don't know, it's not my area of expertise. It is crazy though that customers are having to come up with their own theories and solution to a game.

  • okay good . . . so they have made a thread for the UNIVERSITY people. and a thread for people posting fixes about there OWN problems rather then bungie coming up with the solution themselves. look again we arent asking you to drop a gold engraved plate down infront of us. all we want is for a bungie employee to stop by in the thread and say "hey. i just read your problem. ill start figuring the problem out right now" thats not very hard. thats easy. but bungie for some reason has this air of secrecy with every aspect of this game. thats fine if you know its about things like the gameplay details. but its important for us to know what you have seen and are working on that first thread is for a issue that has been fixed. GOOD. one less problem and a large group of people that can now play destiny. but i dont see such a thread for another large group of people like myself who are home wired connection and having the exact same trouble

  • I would just like them to say "we noticed that a lot of people are getting these problems. We are going to look into whether or not it's our fault." Every time I read a response that makes it seem like it is OUR fault, I wonder if they are even attempting to find the issue.

  • You know what? My game started acting up this last Sunday as well. Coincidence? Perhaps but maybe they did something and messed something up. I dunno. Anyone else have problems starting Sunday? Let us know!
