Hello from Bungie. We are working diligently to provide information that helps players resolve their Destiny issues. We are finding that many guardians are quite adept at coming up with new and interesting solutions to a number of the error codes they receive.   • Are you serious!!! That is basically saying fix your own problem! We have tried everything to get this game working. You totally disregarded everyone who can't get a good connection, we have all tried what you told us to do, Its a problem with the games connection not ours you had the entire beta to fix this. It's not our job it's yours

  • When fighting Atheon it glitches and either teleports no one, one player, two players, or all six. It makes getting the achievement post patch near impossible on the Xbox. My team (6 level 30s) has gotten to atheon without dying several times and the bugs in the game make it extremely difficult to progress. In comparison, the PSN can load in at Atheon, defeat him without dying, and get the trophy. On the xbox, players must start from the beginning always. I understand that the raid is a culmination of the game and that it is made to be difficult. But the bugs in the game are in no way intended. My team has done the raid 30+ times each with the majority on hard without cheesing Atheon. Bungie community please continue to trend this post to bring awareness to the issue.

  • It is 04/11/14 in Melbourne, Australia and I haven't been able to sign on to Destiny on my PS4 since 29/10/14 and I keep getting this message [b]EVERY[/b] time I try: "You have lost connection with the Destiny Servers. Your permissions to access online multiplayer may have changed or your profile may have been signed in elsewhere." What is really happening! And how long is going to take to fix?! Oh, yes I forgot, there is also message underneath the first one: "For more information, visit help.bungie.net." I have been visiting help.bungie.net for [b]DAYS[/b] and gotten [b]NOWHERE!![/b] I have contacted PlayStation Support, Australia and although they have tried to help, the problem is [b] obviously[/b] with Bungie, yet they will [b]NOT[/b] let you contact support directly. I haven't had a single reply to [b]ANY[/b] of my [b]MANY[/b] posts! Is Bungie just going to ignore the fact that I have not been able to log on now for almost a [b]WEEK![/b] The very [b]least[/b] Bungie could is [b]reply![/b] [b]gwydion237[/b]

    Hello I have recently earned a piece of raid armor (gauntlets for the Titan) and it took me 3 weeks to obtain. What I don't understand is that when I'm breaking down my green and blue items it takes a second to decompose but when I break down an exotic piece it takes forever which gives me time to make sure of what I am doing. This is what I don't understand. A piece of armor from the raid is essential for a player to even think about reaching level 30 due to the extra light it can possess but it still takes the exact same time to break down as a blue or green piece would usually take. I did not need the extra 2 ascendant shards as I now have 50 and I would like to know if you could: 1. Please somehow return that same piece to my account and take away from me the 2 ascendant shards I get from it 2. Somehow fix the time it takes to dismantle a legendary item I don't try to come across as arrogant but to be honest I am pretty annoyed of what I have just done and would appreciate it if this error could be fixed.   • Hello Bungie. I'm a player from Australia (Perth). I have been experiencing Cattle error since thursday the 11th. Destiny had worked perfectly for the first two days. Since then i have been receiving Cattle error upon "Sign in" Having tried everything, from port forwarding,DMZ, changing routers, Wired/wireless. Nothing could get me past the sign in screen. Just today i thought i'd try with my mobile phone hotspot, with a Virgin network. and the game signed me in first time, So I'm wondering how would i go about getting this resolved? Obviously i can't play on my phone.. it wouldn't be fast enough and it would cost me an arm and a leg. My ISP is with Dodo. Ringing their technical support to enquire about the 1 game that doesn't work out of every other game. I'm sure they would be as unhelpful as asking a herd of cattle how do i remove this issue.

    • I've noticed recently that a few of my achievements are not registering for my Xbox One version of the game. The achievements are: The Life Exotic, Suited For War, Valorous, and Notorious. I've earned max weekly points for both Vanguard and Crucible, yet the achievements haven't popped. I also have all Legendary items, and two Exotics equipped, but yet the achievement hasn't popped for that either. Anyone else having any problems with achievements not registering?

        • Can you please give NTS communications in the Texas region your new server information? Our brothers in Switzerland had the same problem as us and they are now able to connect. Their IP received updated info and boom.... they are golden. Im almost positive this is our problem, because everyone in the nts/texas help post reports no problems before saturday. Now no one can play the game at all. Come on bungie.... this should be an easy fix for you guys.

            • Come on Bungie, your latest patch caused all this! Reverse the net code changes from the last patch and all will be well. From 9/9 to 9 /17 or so I had zero disconnects and leveled up to 19. Since then I've had at least 25 disconnects getting to level 22. Nothing changed on my end. Reverse the patch net code it destroyed stability!

            • I wonder if anyone at Bungie will read this thread, or indeed whether or not they can put down all their money and offer a response. I doubt it. So, I'm attempting to play the much awaited game on my Xbox One, however, every 5-10 minutes, I get not so random disconnects. Each time I can't help myself humming "the animals get onto the Arc 2 by 2", Bungie have really out done themselves with the diversity of animals used to signify a whole host of network related issues. I've had bees, lions, flies; I'm pretty sure I seen a T-Rex in their at some point. The correlating feature to all this wildlife however is that 1, it is a networking error; 2, it's an issue that Bungle; I mean Bungie is attempting to resolve. However, it's clear that I obviously live on campus, as such, I should address the issues associated with the centipede error. Failing that, I could also take a network administrator hostage, threaten to delete is World of Warcraft account unless he does as I say and opens a plethora of ports. The only issue I have, is that I'm not a bloody student and I've not lived on campus for 15 bloody years! The only real interaction I've observed from Bungie is regarding the poor tax dodging students who are held prisoner by their evil network administrators at their respective Universities or Campus. I live at home, I have my own fibre optic connection, for the UK it isn't too bad, I get 60 down which is extremely stable. I've opened all the designated ports associated with Xbox One, and the centipede fix. I have an Open NAT connection through my Xbox One. I've even disabled the firewall on the router. I have an Xbox Live account. I'm connected by an ethernet cable too. I've tested all the ports to make sure they are in fact, actually open... They are. I regularly stream my game playing adventures, ARMA mostly, without issue. It's safe to say, I have easily over 600 games, PC and Xbox; however, Destiny is the only game I have ever had an issue with. I appreciate this is the first week of release, issues will always happen, especially with internet access only games. What boils my piss however, is the fact that Bungie have failed to openly address the situation, other than holding our college students to their bosom and telling them it'll be ok. A little bit of communication would certainly go a long way. @Bungie You guys have developed a sensational game, I can't wait to play it. However, stop looking through the catalogue for expensive motors and trips to the moon, instead give us some information about this. It would really go a long way. Rant over... Let the trolling begin.

                • So i was playing Destiny owning up coming 1st multiple kills only one death you get the picture and then bungie you F$#%^&ed me disconnected before the end of the match no bonus gears no crucible marks and definetely no win recognition i mean seriously fix your S%$^& cause i enjoy this game but ive been disconnected multiple times now and starting not to enjoy this.
