The "All characters earn more Glimmer when this combatant is killed with a Glimmer-drop consumable active" does work, but is pointless since the cap for Glimmer is 25k =/

Thanks, now I don't have to waste the items to test it. They might raise the cap in the future when people have more characters buying stuff.
