Vanguard Mark Bug
I have completed 2 bounties and countless sub-missions on the Explore stage, but only have 2 Vanguard Marks from completing the public event. I have also found that several other people are having this issue.

My vanguard reputation is not increasing from doing bounties. I also sometimes get this 360 progress circle which does not show the vanguard icon/logo in the middle of the circle instead just a dot, and the problem is that if my vanguard reputation does not increase, i won't get higher rank and hence can't buy legendary weapons. Bungie please help.
