MarionBerry is an "Internal-to-your-router" code....and takes a hard router reset or a different router from you ISP to fix.
I actually had this issue from jump....ATT Uverse router connected to brand new fiber-optic lines in new construction subdivision. Almost flipped my wig. Come to find out it was pretty easy to reset router....reset XB1 and code hasn't come back since.
Your role as a moderator enables you immediately ban this user from messaging (bypassing the report queue) if you select a punishment.
