It really is not as simple as that. If you're not using a Playstation Xbox doesn't support the use of VPNs, and even if you are using a Playstation establishing the connection int something that's very easy to do, especially if you're not super tech savvy. Often times the Playstation can't find the IP address, or establish the connection, and since every VPN is different online guides are often not very helpful. Plus, to get a VPN that's even remotely capable of running an online game well isn't cheap. Having to pay an extra $10-15 a month in order to play a game that should have fixed this problem months ago is ridiculous.

  • Finally fixed my centipede by manually setting the port for my ps4... it was pretty involved and took some time and research but it seems to be working now (fingers crossed) im running a motorola sbg6580 wifi router combo from home. if anyone needs some help please message me. Unlike Bungie I will respond

  • I'm on a college campus so I can't open the ports myself, but I got a temporary fix by connecting my PS4 to my computer and running that through a VPN.
