That is another part of the problem, what kind of service we can expect, they dont even have the decency of having a phone number to contact them for support.
As someone who works on the other side of a toll free number just like that, I'd ask that anyone who does call treat the rep with a little decency and keep in mind that they didn't cause the problem.
A little respect and courtesy will get you a lot further than shouting and cursing. Beyond that, there are some things they just can't do, often because it's just not possible and other times because they're not allowed to.
