No vanguard DLC code from amazon.co.uk
I pre ordered months ago and I'm sure I was told I would get the preorder bonus code for the vanguard armoury. Delivered yesterday and no code to be found. Quite annoying as was expecting it. Can't download it without code.... Anybody else?

I'm sure that I've read on Bungie website that Amazon was a partner of this action for pre-ordering the game with this vanguard armory. And I see that amazon.fr doesn't send this code too. So we need to have answers from Bungie who told us that pre-ordered our game to amazon would give us this extra bonus... :-/
