Hey, I have two accounts because Microsoft made it extremely difficult to change my old emain to my new one for my xbox profile and now as a result of that this account has my current email while my other bungie account has my old email and I want to merge the two so I have my actuall xbox account linked to this profile under my current email! • I have a similar concern. I've noticed that some people have their old Halo profiles showing on their new Bungie.net profile (like this guy: http://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/457715). I'm just worried that if mine aren't showing, then it might not count towards the "Inner Chamber" emblem we're supposed to get for having played 4 out of 6 Bungie titles. I've tracked down my profile on the old website, and it seems that it hasn't ticked over to my new Gamertag when I changed it (same Xbox Live profile, I just paid to change the Gamertag), and now it's associated with some random other person's Gamertag instead (because they picked my old name after I switched from it). Old Bungie.net profile: http://halo.bungie.net/Account/Profile.aspx?uid=11379880 Current Bungie.net profile: http://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/3245898 Halo Waypoint profile for reference: https://www.halowaypoint.com/en-us/players/farlonz/haloreach Xbox Live profile for reference: https://account.xbox.com/en-NZ/Profile I could be wrong in assuming it's the old website that determines my previous Bungie games, rather than my Gamertag's history, but I'd appreciate some reassurance :) haha.

 • My old Bungie.net account has all my other Bungie games and such on it, and has been around a few years. The new one has all my alpha/beta stuff as it's the one I participated in beta with. Can I combine them? I can't get the years added as well as keeping the beta and the extra keys just by moving my accounts back and forth; my XBox, PlayStation AND Google accounts have each been on both accounts, and my friends are now shared, but I'd really like that prior-to-2013 emblem. I'd also like the alpha/beta emblem. What can I do?

As you know, you may link/unlink accounts to/from Bungie.net profiles, but what you'd like to do is not something that can be done on your end. Feel free to contact bnetbugs@bungie.com with a detailed message describing your situation and they may be able to assist you, but there's no guarantee.

 • I'm in a bit of a similar boat. I had an account made about 10 years ago, eventually when Microsoft accounts became necessary for the very brief existence for "Games for Windows Live" or something along those lines. I ended up creating a Live ID and associating it with my gamertag, which in turn spawned a whole new account here at bungie as a side effect of the process. Old 10 year account: http://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/254/9620 New Live ID spawned account: http://www.bungie.net/en/Profile/1/4611686018429589756 I tried not to make a huge fuss about it before. However, being that I had achieved Mythic Member status on the older account, and that would in turn award a very unique and prestigious emblem in Destiny. I would very much like to ensure I get the emblem. The problem I see right now is I don't know how to even log on to an older account like that, as Bungie only seems to allow log on methods for accounts linked to Microsoft, PSN, Facebook, and Google. So how would I even go about logging on with an older account to even look into this somewhat confusing predicament?

Your setup at the time the new Bungie.net launched was the following. Bnet Profile (Veroku Chan) <--> Microsoft Account (XBL: Vegito Chan) Bnet Profile (Vegito Chan) <--> Microsoft Account (XBL: Veroku Chan) Your old Bungie.net profile is most likely associated to a Microsoft account (formerly Windows Live ID). First, go to Profile Settings > Linked Accounts to see what types of accounts are linked to your Bungie.net profile. If you have a Microsoft account linked, open a new tab, and sign into xbox.com to verify which gamertag is associated to your Bnet Profile Veroku Chan. Next, try to remember what other email addresses you've used in the past for Xbox LIVE. Open a new private window in your browser and sign into xbox.com with those accounts. When you find the email associated to your Xbox LIVE gamertag Veroku Chan, sign into Bungie.net with the same login credentials to verify it's still linked to your old Bungie.net profile. After that, report your findings and if you want accounts changed around, we can walk you through the process.

 • Alright well, seems I am able to easily log into both accounts, as posting on this one should show. What steps should I follow from this point on?
Alright well, seems I am able to easily log into both accounts, as posting on this one should show. What steps should I follow from this point on?
Well, that depends. What's your main gamertag? Do you want the gamertags linked as they are now or do you want them swapped? I would suggest linking your main gamertag to your old Bungie.net profile and then just using that from now on.

 • My main gamertag is vegito chan, which is currently linked to the new account, but the old account is the one that had attained mythic member status. Wish there was just a way to transfer that stuff over, as I would prefer to keep using the more recent account, as I've been using it the past 5 years.

 • I appreciate the help, before I jump into making some large changes/swaps. Is there any support email or contact other than the bnetbugs@bungie.com? As it stands right now I have to choose between my current account(and my beta emblem, along with any other bonuses that may be included on that account), and my old account that had mythic member status, with the extra hassle of having to use multiple Microsoft Log ins(one for the old account here, and one for the new account on xbox.com). If there is any way bungie could look at my old account, see that it is flagged for the mythic emblem, and help me out by adding that to the current account, I'd much rather do that. As opposed to juggling these two accounts and then forever be forced to maintain 2 separate log ins for here and xbox.com instead of 1(as it is currently)

I would suggest visiting the Welcoming Committee group; they'll be able to point you in the right direction.
