hmm, well - pretty much whatever option i click on after klicking at my Bungie-Name always only leads to the same page: it present's my un-changeable pre-set avatar, the name and a number under it - followed by the described error-message - must be the PS3-Browser then. the redeeming-process was the only action in my profile-section that ever appeared to work with it. well, it better had - when redeeming my Spec-Ops Hardballer for PS3-BF3 ages ago, i had sworn that this was the last time i ever visited an internet-cafe to be able to use my PS3-Game with the promised in-game features. i make no exceptions there, i don't let such discrimination of my platform slip by anymore - you either release a PS3-Game and make it FULLY accessible via it, or i won't be playing it - no matter how much i've spent for the title in the first place. and if they call it "Advanced MMORPS" would be no excuse either - in fact it's even more reason to not cut that tiny little bit of developing attention outta it for pseudo-cost-efficiency sakes, just because more than 90% of the users have acces to a better Browser (at least at home) anyway. i sure don't let any Game Company's lazyness penalise me for being such a maniac, that i stuff all my money into my Playstation so much, that i don't even have a modern Smartphone. :) but luckily EA and the likes have made said accessibility via the usual Mobile-Kiddie-Browsers a standard years ago - and i am so far confident that Bungie will prove as no exception either (even though the Forum-Navigation here via PS3-Browser worked less bad about 2 weeks ago BTW...).

I'm getting the same error, must be pre-release updates and such.

thanks for the reassuring that everything will be probably alright - damn, this waiting for release to happen is tense - getting all paranoid about it here... .
