Destiny Beta
So I'm just wondering if I still have the Beta on my console if that will cause any issues with my copy of the game, loading the game, etc.

The beta is treated as a separate game (because it is a stand alone application and/or a different build), and thus would just sit there among games you are not playing. No worries there.
