what i want is actually impossible
i want a game where my character matters to the world and isnt tied down to the developers stories. i want to go out in space with my own beginning middle and end. but have other players interact with my story and so on.
i want to be able to start a family and protect them. or go out and work for companies. or make my own company that makes guns etc
i want to be able to do what i want. i want to drive space ships and cars, land in docking bays. i want to be able to drive hover cars around the cities, go into street races, or just go out and fight crime. i want so much, i want my character to sleep, eat and be able to do things more then just shoot people or be a bad ass assassin. i want to be able to have my story effect the world,i want to be able to take over planets, command armies of people both players and AI. to take over galaxies to create my own technology with in the world. to make my own robots etc. maybe I'm crazy and am the only one that wants this. but all i want is a game where i can do what i want and it matters. become who i want and just craft my own story not just through my actions but the players that come long with me. i want to have a beginning a middle and a end. i want the end to end bc i went down that path. ether i have become a war lord or an hungry business man. either i die at the end or keep going.
or be a man out for revenge looking for the player that killed my family. wanting him to be my main enemy.
maybe i'm crazy but this is what i want.

I certainly agree with your statement but have to point out a few things. Take, for example dead rising 3. This game was very popular because of its mass amount of zombies that could only be added due to the upgraded, next-gen console. This means that Destiny would require 'Next-Gen' only, which would disappoint many players, especially those on PS3 and Xbox 360. This also couldnt have been implemented at launch as next gen was only still young and the game had already been finished and ready for release. I will also possibly start a rant with this next statement. [u][b]SHIPS[/b] [/u]!!! so it is obvious we all wanted to fly our jump ships but again like, for example, Batman: Arkham Knight, when we all watched the first trailer with the batmobile we shat ourselves with excitement but that kind of advancement is also a 'Next-Gen' only capability. So there you have it. I am not denying the awesomeness that would be the city but it unfortunately, much to our dismay, my be impossible, at least for last gen users.
