Guys, I never played the beta but I watched footage and have preordered the game for PS4, can someone tell me honestly if this is going to be an amazing game?

There have been concerns where people think the explorable areas will be way too small, but you can't tell until the full game has been released. The graphics are great on the PS4 and X1, and are still decent on the ps3 and 360(but not as good). The character customization in the beta was sub par compared to any character customization I have seen, but the possibility of there being more in the full release is there. I hope there are more customization options in character creator when the full game is out or you will be seeing a lot of twins and triplets. The gear customization is on par with a simple MMO, where there isn't a lot of different choices. If you ask me, most of the replay-ability will be in the PvP aspect of the game. If I had to rate this game based on my experience playing it and from what I have seen, I would give it an 8/10. Mainly because the PvP was good. So this game is worth getting, but don't get overexcited as it could lead to some let down(there are always let downs in every game due to everyone having different expectations).

Ps4 1080p looked and played amazing, I haven't been as excited to play a game since ocarina of time came out when I was a kid

lets put it this way i would rather play the BETA for another week than any other game that is out right now... it was great repayable and the way u could just run into ppl was awesome, o and the fact that there is sooooooo much exploration makes it even better

Let's see if I remember. A moon like object named the traveler came to our galaxy, terraformed our planets, and paved the way for humanity to move into space and prosper. But after a certain event, caused by a mysterious entity known as the darkness which has been hunting the traveler across the universe, that no one really remembers. All of humanity was wiped out except for in the last city on earth, under the traveler, who is also named our protector for this reason. But the traveler was not able to protect us unharmed. It was severely damaged. With the last of it's strength it created robots called ghosts to help us fight back against our enemies. Made of a programmable matter an carrying what seems to be a conscious of their own they search the wilderness for warriors of a time long past to gather their dna and recreate their bodies and minds in the light of the traveler to reclaim our lost solar system and push back the darkness. That's the simple version I think.

Destiny is a completely unique experience, and people are expecting it to be exactly like Diablo, or exactly like Halo, or exactly like World of Warcraft, and so on. So a lot of people are becoming disappointed because their expectations are unrealistic. As long as to keep an open mind as To what to expect, then you will have a blast! If your bored you can mess around in the tower. You will find religious purple ball cults, people at the beach with beach balls, weird mystical levitational abilities that somehow only work in the tower(heheh....), people dancing on a pole 1,000 feet up in the air, camp fires, and so on! You can go explore the solar system any way you want to. If your a lone wolf, blaze past anyone who waves or points at you with your sparrow. You can assemble a close pack of friends and slay side by side. Or if your truly adventurous, you can take on impossible odds with complete strangers, such as slaying the Hallowed Knight. If you feel like PVP - you can go into combat with other guardians with a newly rebalanced stat system. Don't forget about loot, oh glorious loot! Ghosts and golden chests await those who are willing to venture into the deepest darkest corners of the map... So again, there is much to do and to expect from Destiny. But you have been warned, don't buy into the hype! People are expecting this game to be a complete 100% fusion between multiple games but still have ALL of the playability of all of these fused games.

I think this is more like defiance but without the open world an much much more epic like breathtaking. And in time will become much bigger.
