If any class requires the least amount of skill it is the Titan.

How so exactly? Having a super that literally does no damage and forces you to be exceptional at conventional combat seems to scream of skill. Way to ignore half of the Titan subclasses.

It's a panic super. I'm not saying it requires no skill. Just the least.

Oh, you mean the Striker subclass (half of what a Titan can actually do). I never used FOH as a panic. It is however a crowd controller super. Pull them into a bottle neck so they are bunched together and then hit them with FOH. What about Death From Above? You know, the one that allows you to aim FOH? That isn't panic, it's planned. Any super can be used as a panic tactic, just like grenades and double jumping (which last I checked every class can do those things).
