Normal Xbox gamers are becoming a myth.
Now its being taken over by "Y du deh Soney Poney git dEns1ty exclusves? Dat make meh angy!"
It's scary to see that people like myself, who don't really care for exclusives are becoming nothing more than urban legend.

From the majority of xbox players I would like to take this as an opportunity to welcome PlayStation to bungie.net and look forward to reading and comparing our adventures in destiny.

1 ReplyThe problem is that you're looking at an Internet forum and using it as a basis for your definition of community. Consider the forum to be the "leave feedback" cards at restaurants - 95% of the people using them just want to complain, even if nothing was actually wrong.

the small but vocal minority easily drown out the large, but silent majority. 'Normal' players, if you can even quantify normal, don't stomp around various forums and so it's these loud few that make it seem like the whole community is at it... It's not, we're here, just not moaning or flaming or making things worse by responding to those topics! Keep calm, Destiny on.

Im an Xbox player and i dont care about the exclusives. Thats because i know that they are 1. Just timed and 2. The exclusives that PS are getting arent even that great. But seriously, even if they had good actual exclusive stuff i still wouldnt care. Why? Because i still get to play Destiny and i still get to get the expansions. Thats all i care about.

I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of people who do complain about the exclusive content on PS4 are probably unaware that it is timed. But then again, people will always find a reason to whine and have a fit over just about anything these days.

I think its because of the fact that we see people like that everyday on the internet. They're just the vocal minority. I think of myself as the silent majority but Exclusive content really does irk my nerves.

It's called a vocal minority. The dissenting opinions are always the loudest and generate the most attention. Just because you see a lot of threads complaining about this doesn't mean that's an adequate representation of the Xbox community as a whole.

1 ReplyPersonally I am not to concerned with not getting the exclusive items. But I can understand the upset gamers feelings. It is perfectly normal to feel upset when excluded from anything. Although, some are a bit to dramatic about it.

2 RepliesGames and Consoles have been getting exclusives for years now it is nothing new. Xbox fans (i am current one) are just spoiled brats as the majority. they are used to getting all the exclusives and DLCS. but this is nothing new. i think it is about time Some one else gets the Exclusives besides only microsoft.

3 RepliesI'm an Xbox'er that was a PS'er and to be fair i'm moving to PC (i'm getting a bespoke high-end gaming PC) because of the general attitude of most console user's. As for Destiny i'm just glad i'll get to play it and i'm really looking forward to playing it on my PC in the near future. : )

5 RepliesI feel bad when I don't get an exclusive, but if it's console exclusive it means nothing to me. I just don't like to seeing someone in my game with something awesome that I know I can never get. Like the flaming Helmet in Halo Reach. But this doesn't bother me.
