Important tip for anyone planning on doing long gaming sessions!! Seriously

Be sure to get up every couple of hours to do some stretching for about ten minutes to keep the blood circulating properly in your body and to try to prevent blood clots!! No joke on this. The body doesn't do well when it's immobile for long period of time!

  • Indeed, and stay hydrated. Honestly don't see why its so difficult to eat some fruit and drink some water whilst gaming instead of munching your way through 3kg bags of crisps! I think my gaming snacks will be pistachio nuts or something similar. Good for you and delicious.
