Indeed, and stay hydrated. Honestly don't see why its so difficult to eat some fruit and drink some water whilst gaming instead of munching your way through 3kg bags of crisps! I think my gaming snacks will be pistachio nuts or something similar. Good for you and delicious.

  • Nuts are good but pretty dense in calories and (good) fat content, like almost 700cal per 1 cup of pistachios. cut fruit like watermelon or pineapple or veggies like carrots and celery would be better still if you're going to be playing and munching for a long time. Just saying.

  • i dont eat when i game... i tend to lose track of time.. some days if i have alot of time il often go the entire day without remembering to eat.

  • That's insane! I'm similar I guess, my problem is that I don't get a chance to eat and so when I do, I eat too much too fast cuz I'm super hungry and I need to get back to work. I'm trying to work on it, but it's hard for me.
