Honestly don't see why its so difficult to eat some fruit and drink some water whilst gaming instead of munching your way through 3kg bags of crisps!
I think my gaming snacks will be pistachio nuts or something similar. Good for you and delicious.

Nuts are good but pretty dense in calories and (good) fat content, like almost 700cal per 1 cup of pistachios. cut fruit like watermelon or pineapple or veggies like carrots and celery would be better still if you're going to be playing and munching for a long time. Just saying.

i dont eat when i game... i tend to lose track of time.. some days if i have alot of time il often go the entire day without remembering to eat.

That's insane! I'm similar I guess, my problem is that I don't get a chance to eat and so when I do, I eat too much too fast cuz I'm super hungry and I need to get back to work. I'm trying to work on it, but it's hard for me.
