I fly to work, an iron ore mine in outback Western Australia, on the 9th, for two weeks. I work one week days, one week nights, one week break.
So, I gotta wait an extra two weeks to play Destiny.
Managed to get all dayshifts off over Oct and Nov though.
That's three two week breaks in a row! 😸
Definitely be able to make up for lost time!

I wouldn't exactly call it interesting. But, maybe I've been at it too long... Fourteen twelve hour shifts in a row... Pretty much doing the same thing over and over... Two thirds of your life spent living away from home... Although, there has been a few fatalities and very serious injuries, cyclone lockdowns, plant equipment burn to the ground, etc., over past few years. Could be considered interesting, I suppose... Does pay well though.
