Several tips here.
1. Sit super close to the tv so you gotta move your head a little to see the edges.
2. Hold off on sleeping for as long as possible.
3. Don't take any breaks.
4. Drink alcohol, energy drinks, coffee, and soda.
5. Play in a very dark room.
Because it prolly won't kill you and there will be plenty of time for healthy behavior AFTER you play the hell out of Destiny!

Why would you tell me what 1 already know, i usually do your five steps but snap a workout video on the screen aswell, then you don't need to stop to get in shape.
