you cant unless you buy it again. Which would make no sense what so ever.

I already pre-ordered the game on PS4 and it gives me the option to upgrade now for 29.99 so it wont give me that option after launch? Is that what you're saying? In order to get it i would have to buy the game digitally again? How will that work when PSStore says that I already bought it?

Not sure if it will give you that option after launch. I'd reach out to Sony to see about that.
