You copy and pasted Soverign's speech from Mass Effect, replaced "Reaper" with TITAN and called it a day.

In all honestly though ME2 was the best. Cerberus was a great group of protagonists to have and even though the illusive man gave off a evil puppeteer ambiance you couldnt help but like him.
